User Agreement

Welcome to Sports-Pro-Sticker. This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you ("User," "Customer," or "you") may access and use the services provided by Sports-Pro-Sticker ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Prohibited Use of Sports-Pro-Sticker

Visitors and users of this website are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, performing, or otherwise using the product known as Sports-Pro-Sticker in any manner without the prior written consent of the founder of the company. Such consent must be documented and signed by the founder. Unauthorized use of Sports-Pro-Sticker may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws and will be subject to legal action.

1. Services Provided

Sports-Pro-Sticker offers customized sports printing services including, but not limited to:

Physical products such as stickers, banners, posters, and apparel
Digital products such as downloadable graphics, logos, and customized designs

All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order
Ensure you have the legal rights to use any content (e.g., team logos, personal images) submitted for printing
Not misuse the service for unlawful, offensive, or infringing purposes

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by Sports-Pro-Sticker, including designs, layouts, and digital downloads, remains the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of original content you provide, but you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and display it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before work begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. Replacement or store credit for physical goods are only granted in cases of damage, printing error, or non-delivery due to our fault.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. Digital products are delivered via email or downloadable links after payment and design approval.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports-Pro-Sticker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. The materials sourced are commercial grade and therefore are not manufactured by Sports-Pro-Sticker. Any circumstance can arise due to act of god or human intervention during or outside of sports action, that can cause our product to defect. Normal wear and tear can and will occur at any point of time, and we cannot guarantee our product to last a specific amount of time or uses. You will not hold us liable for the above unforeseen and wear and tear circumstances. At the most if the dispute arises we will proceed via arbitration. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
